End to end recruitment process
Sourcing, on site initial interview, paper screening, phone/initial screening, profile endorsement
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months BPO recruitment sourcing/selection experience
Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goal under tight deadlines
Strong Interpersonal skills
Experience with candidate tracking database, Excel, Internet and other recruitment technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of integrity, judgment and follow- through
Strong attention to details
