Recruitment Sourcing Associate- Cebu
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
Must have six (6) months of related work experience
Good communication skills
Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications
Experience in Campus Recruitment and/or Volume Hiring is an advantage
Willing to be assigned in IT Park, Ebloc2 Tower Cebu City
Regular Shift, willing to do overtime work as needed by the business
Responsibilities:
Represent Accenture in the Philippines for campus related activities and project initiatives.
Build network and relations with top schools and universities and at the same time, attract the students to apply in Accenture.
Involve in understanding the recruitment process for Campus, from interviewing fresh graduates or entry level candidates.
Manage applications in databases, track candidate status and provide timely feedback.
Progressive reporting for campus sourcing initiatives.
Take part in events, campus career fairs, student org networking and any projects aimed to develop our campus talent pipeline.
