The job will support the agency distribution channel in achieving its recruitment and expansion goals by conceptualizing and executing recruitment activities and events.
The role is expected to contribute to the achievement of FWD PH's recruitment strategic initiatives/ goals through:
a. Working with leaders and the Sales Management Team in ensuring that Business Opportunities and similar recruitment events/activities are running on a regular basis.
b. Initiating and providing support to the design and delivery of recruitment projects, campaigns, and initiatives with the goal of achieving recruitment excellence
c. Maintaining contents that are relevant and current.
Attraction
. Promotes FWD Agency's value proposition to the agency force and similar partners.
. Creates, cascades, implements, and updates, when necessary, all recruitment tools together with Marketing and SMT.
. Alone or in partnership with SMT, delivers Business Opportunity Presentations (BOP).
. Ensures efficiency in delivering BOPs in the field.
. Together with the Territory Recruitment Managers, ensures that BOP schedules are communicated on time and filled as committed.
Maintenance
. Assesses, together with the SMT and/or Senior Mgt Team, efficiency and ability to produce results of recruitment tools.
. Maintains a system and process for ongoing feedback to stakeholders.
. Ensures a single repository of recruitment tools and its availability to the SMT as well as to all recruiters.
. Conducts a regular competitor scan of recruitment activities, events, press releases, and tools.
