GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible in fulfilling the manpower needs of the hospital operations by assisting the Human Resources Supervisor in developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill hospital needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with Human Resources Supervisor to determine staffing needs.
• Sourcing applicants in different job sites or social media pages.
• Screening of resumes
• Perform/conduct phone and face to face interviews
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
• Follow up on the interview process status
• Completing timely reports on recruitment activities (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Follow up and track requirements
• Continuously look for alternate job portals for job postings
• Other jobs will be given from Supervisor
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD:
• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management and other related course.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a high level of adaptability in any given situation
• Keen observer and able to pay attention to details
• Must be organized, dependable and able to follow instructions
• Has passion with talking with people
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, required.
• Requires independent judgment, effective problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and oversight to achieve productivity standards
• Able to handle high volume of work and work under deadlines
