Job Description:
• To assist in the manpower build-up of Fortune Life agency force and focusing mainly in the recruitment of qualified Branch Managers, Agency Managers, Special Accounts Manager, and Insurance Specialists for old and new branches including training of these sales people. All other functions of a regular Sales Manager shall likewise be performed.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business course, preferably with significant background and experience in recruitment and selection gained from an insurance company
• Have a positive attitude, enthusiastic and flexible
• Must be well versed with MS Word, Power Point and Excel
• With excellent communication, platform and analytical skills
• Must be willing to travel
