MUST HAVE SOLID RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
 
 
-Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Industrial Psychology or any related course  
-Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience as Recruitment Staff in Manufacturing Industry
-Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing and People Skills,

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Implements sourcing strategies to tap the most number of qualified candidates per vacancy.
2. Conducts IQ test to all job applicants and coordinate result of the test. Coordinate with agencies the test result of all endorsed applicants.
3. Coordinate with agencies the vacant position in all department or company.
4. Establish, maintain, update and enrich talent databank through continuous networking and sourcing.
5. Assists 3P supervisors in the orientation of their newly hired 3P employees and discuss the company rules and regulations.
6. Process enrolment and encoding of newly hired employees (direct) before cut-off for payroll.
7. Prepares and submit daily and monthly manpower updates and report indicating latest hiring, separation, and recruitment efficiency and hiring update.
8. Files documents in the employee 201 files such as excused letter, certificates, medical certificate for references.
9. Assists team in employee activities (e.g. Sports, Christmas Party, Company Outing, etc.).
10. Performs other job-related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
