Tahche is looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact, lead recruitment initiatives, and be at the forefront of scaling our business. This will be for a work onsite (hybrid set up) in Cebu city office located at 1Nito Tower Archbishop Reyes.
What you'll be doing:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Partner with leadership to design and implement effective hiring strategies.
Build strong candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing and networking.
Manage and mentor recruiters, ensuring targets are met in a high-growth environment.
Elevate the candidate experience and strengthen Tahche's employer brand.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment leadership (ideally 5+ years), preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or technology sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting great talent to great opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms.
