We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.
Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
Achieves objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, and assists applicants to interviews.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on consistent qualifications set.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Strong decision-making skills
Willing to undergo TRAINING
Supports workplace diversity
Knowledgeable with Social Media Management (Facebook, Linkedin, etc)
Knowledge in setting up Facebook Page, Groups
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
Plus, If knows how to use Canva
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
1-2 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
Minimum 1-year experience recruiting in a relevant industry environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
