We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our fantastic team! This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off.
 
We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Manager to oversee the company’s recruitment process. This includes designing and modifying recruitment procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting teams, and monitoring their performance while ensuring the recruitment processes are efficient and effective.to be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization Someone who has had at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in a BPO setting would be a good fit for the role.
 
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and modify the company’s current recruiting procedures, and if necessary, design and implement new procedures and processes
Manage the two recruiting teams based in Cebu and Dumaguete in order to streamline processes and create solutions for problems and areas for improvement
Help in formulating sourcing activities to ensure a healthy recruitment pipeline
Create and monitor recruitment metrics
Coordinate with clients, account heads, and other hiring managers in order to forecast and plan for future hiring needs
Collaborate with the recruiting team to gauge applicant experience that is aligned with the standards of the company
Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings
Act as a point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics, requisitions, and inquiries
Network with other employers and employees within the same industry by attending conferences, job fairs, seminars, etc.
Other tasks as requested by the management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager or any similar role - preferably in a BPO setting
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience and exposure to the different facets of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - preferably in a BPO setting
Proven experience in managing a team
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong recruiting fundamentals - search and sourcing techniques and experience using various sources of applications such as job portals and social media channels
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, able to multitask, work independently, and manage a high volume of workload
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Must have the highest degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Must have proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to meet multiple tasks and deadlines with a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity
Applicants must be willing to work in our Fuente (Cebu City) office, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (Sat/Sun rest days)
