This position delivers Human Resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing general support; maintaining records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations and assisting in ensuring conformance to all applicable Human Resources regulatory and program requirements.
This position performs a wide range of duties within a framework set by the Human Resources department. This position assists in hiring procedures, implementation of talent development activities, compensation administrative duties and other assigned tasks and is typically responsible for the administration of two or more Human Resource disciplines
Lead a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 specialists for delivering day to day HR Services for Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members ensuring all members have the skills and knowledge needed to be successful and professional
Provide guidance to team members to resolve escalated/complex issues
Develop and oversee a comprehensive HR knowledgebase and SOP documentation which is accurate, relevant, accessible and easy to understand
Manage team performance metrics
Develop daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports
Responsible for being the Regional expert; building one-on-one relationship with the HR Regional Operations Team and COE
Provide Tier 1 HR Specialists with beginning and advanced training and development. Includes support for questions, process guidance, and issues
Conduct research and partner with COE and HR Operations to prioritize and understand HR compliance requirements Company wide and the impact on the business
Conduct Time Sensitive Audits
Run and produce various requested reports from COE and home-office partners
Prepare monthly or quarterly reports for COE and HR Ops alignment meetings
Basic Job Requirements:
Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
Has 2-5 years of supervisory experience in managing a team in a HR Service Center/ Employee Service Center/ HR Contact Center
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people management and customer relationship skills
Must possess Computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application
Knowledgeable in HR policies / procedures / practices as it relates to compensation, benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, etc.

Strong English language verbal and written communication skills essential, excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills.
Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast paced, team driven environment

Experience in managing an HR Helpdesk or a similar role

Demonstrates the ability to \u0027Think outside the box\u0027, as in thinking imaginatively using new ideas instead of traditional or expected ideas
Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis.
