We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Job Board Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our job board platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the job board, including but not limited to marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships. This role requires a keen understanding of the recruitment landscape, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for optimizing processes to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract a high volume of job seekers to the platforms.
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of the job board.
Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and support long-term growth objectives
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to job board performance
Generate regular reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage large budgets and ad spends, monitor campaign durations, and strategize new approaches to recruitment marketing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with job board platforms and recruitment software is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
