This internship is designed for students who need to complete required internship hours for graduation. You'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, and people operations-all within a supportive and dynamic remote work environment.Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and posting job advertisements
Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters
Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records
Support onboarding tasks, such as document collection and orientation scheduling
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
Participate in HR-related projects such as employee engagement, research, and process improvement
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or Recruitment team
RequirementsQualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Must need internship hours as part of graduation requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills-both written and verbal
Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a remote setting
