RECRUITMENT GENERALIST
URGENT!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sources candidates via online portals for open positions (Mynimo, JobStreet, LinkedIn and Facebook)
Plans, manages and monitors recruitment campaigns.
Conducts initial interviews to rank and file and supervisory candidates
Conducts mock calls for outbound sales candidates
Facilitates end-to-end recruitment process
Keeps track of the Talent Acquisition ADB and other important trackers
Sends Talent Acquisition daily FTE & EOD report
Assist in internal recruitment activities
Helps create the yearly calendar of activities for Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate head
Amenable to work on site
Skill and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, or any related courses.
Fresh Graduate
OJT experienced
Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an applicant tracking system), and candidate management systems.
