Indigo People is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Talent Sourcer to support our growing recruitment team across Australia.
 
This role is ideal for someone with recruitment sourcing experience OR a high-potential candidate with strong research, admin, sales, or lead generation skills looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
 
What You'll Do
 
• LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping
• Candidate research and Boolean searching
• Build talent pipelines and manage databases
• Candidate outreach and engagement
• Support recruitment campaigns and delivery projects
• ATS/database administration and market research
 
What We're Looking For
 
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Proactive, resourceful, and reliable
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and online tools
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential
