Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities and Qualifications
-Understand requirements for each event (GADD, ADD, Ready, etc)
-Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
-Book venues and schedule speakers
-Research vendors (catering, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
-Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
-Manage all event operations (preparing venue, edms, comms, etc.)
-Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
-Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
-Evaluate and track all event's success and submit reports
-Will handles and manage Conversion Specialists who will handle recruitment trackers for initiatives and coding, as well as their activities such as EOG and other onboarding activities
-Budget officer of the ART
-Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
-Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
-Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
Qualifications

-Proven experience as event coordinator
-Proficient in MS Office and Power Point
-Excellent vendor management skills
-Knowledge of basic recruitment practices
-Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
-Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
-Able to handle stress and remain calm
-Problem-solving ability
-Team player
-Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
