SUMMARY:
The recruitment coordinator is responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System), resume databases, and social networks for recruiting
Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates by using databases and social media
Generate leads using established sourcing channels
Calibrate with Hiring Manager to ensure that the applicants generated are aligned with the requirement
Conduct candidate call outs and initial phone screening, and filter candidates for open positions
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Maintain accuracy and completeness of the recruitment database
Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
Prepare and post job ads online
Assist interviewees onsite
Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
Perform clerical functions (ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed and that application forms are completed and processed).
Be abreast of the current recruitment trends.
Assist in developing the sourcing and recruiting strategies to support the hiring needs
Performs other duties as assigned.
