Basic Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
Has excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
Amenable for a temporary Work-From-Home setup
Has at least 10 MBPS Plan internet connection at home
Amenable for a project-based contract position

Essential Responsibilities:
Consolidates and validates talent leads generated though different sourcing channels
Facilitates assessments to applicants
Vetting VC's and conducts initial screening/interviews
Conducts scheduling and endorsing of applicants for final interview
Assist and coordinates applicants through their application requirements and pre-onboarding process and deployment.
Encodes and tracks applicant information into our applicant tracking system and applicant hiring master
Attend team calibration sessions
Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time.
