Description
The Recruitment Coordinator handles the marketing and recruitment activities of the Institute to get students for the for the Executive Master in Business Administration Program (EMBA)
Qualifications
Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course,
MBA or post graduate degree in Human Resource or other relevant field is an advantage
Minimum experience
Minimum three years' experience in recruitment, business development, sales, direct marketing, and/or relationship management.
Assists in the effective planning, developing, and coordination of marketing and recruitment events for the EMBA degree program.
Assists in the implementation of customer-focused strategies to enhance seamless marketing and recruitment processs and activities.
Spearheads recruitment and marketing activities.
Acts as the primary contact for all marketing and recruitment related activities/opportunities for the EMBA degree program.
Tracks and maintains records of all contacts and prepares reports when needed.
Responsible for achieving the enrollment target through conversion of leads/prospects to enrollees.
