WHAT'S INVOLVED?
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The Recruitment Compliance Associate is directly responsible in ensuring that all new hires/trainees are compliant in submitting all pre-employment requirements and related data/documents. The Recruitment Compliance Associate is also responsible in making sure that all pre-employment requirements and employee personal information are being submitted to HR on time. The Recruitment Compliance Associate will report directly to the Recruitment Supervisor.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO?
Creates Training Offer and Job Offer.
Submits Training Offer/ Job Offer to HR Director and or Recruitment Head for approval and signature.
Reaches out to successful candidates for the signing of Training Offer and Job Offer.
Explains the content of the Training Offer/ Job Offer to the successful candidates thoroughly.
Collects pre-employment requirements from new hires.
Submits pre-employment requirements and other related documents to HR and related parties.
Maintains pre-employment document tracker updated.
Calibrates regularly with HR regarding pre-employment documents and compliance issues.
Communicates regularly with the Team Managers for the pending pre-employment requirements of employees.
Requests IT credentials for the trainees/new hires.
Coordinates with Clinic for PEME monitoring and updates on a regular basis.
Acts as the main point of contact and responsible in coordination with HR and Clinic related matters (i.e. PEME and pre-employment requirements).
Keeps abreast of the market best practices in recruitment and staffing, and implement appropriate best practices customized to SNI's needs.
Actively attend and participate in recruitment-related meetings outside of the office.
Persuades and collaborate with department counterparts to meet deadlines and produce exceptional outcomes related to recruitment turnaround time.
Embody and manifest the Company Core Values in daily work.
Sends daily, weekly, and monthly report to immediate supervisor and related parties of the organization.
Exhibit outstanding salesmanship and camaraderie towards hiring managers.
Updates and maintains all HR and recruitment-related database in an organized manner.
Understand, and interpret all HR and recruitment-related data to come up with strategies for process improvement.
Proposes potential projects in relation with recruitment-related internal and external compliance processes .
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including assisting with maintaining recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates and guides.
Endorses pertinent pre-employment requirements to HR for new hire completion.
Completes all encoding of applicant-related information into the recruitment-related apps or online tools for data collection and documentation.
Stays current on company's organization structure, personnel policies, and relevant laws regarding employment practices.
Works with other administration departments for proper alignment of processes and attaining the overall company objectives set for the period in terms of employee ramp up and overall company strategies.
REQUIREMENTS :
Education
College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field is a plus but not a requirement.
Registered Psychometrician is a plus
Work Experience
1 year or more experience in the field of Recruitment as a Compliance officer
