JOB DESCRIPTION
Involve in recruiting candidates
Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing the candidates
Closely collaborate with sourcing team to build effective and strategic advertisements and communications 
Provide real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring
Other recruitment related activities deemed necessary in fulfilling the crowd projects’ goals.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field, or equivalent work experience, required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Accepts newly graduate; must have recruitment work experience during internship
