Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Associate, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Gliding Shift, Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Engagement
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and engagement.
Screening and Evaluation
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment strategies.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
Facilitate a positive and professional interview experience for all participants.
Recruitment Strategies
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
At least college level.
At least 1 year end to end recruitment experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Google work tools proficiency
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 23,000php
New hire bonus of 5,000php
Risk allowance of 2,000php
