QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferably in AB Psychology or HRDM.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Recruitment background is a plus
Good Written and Oral English communications skills
Results-oriented and patient at work
Willing to work extended shifts, holidays and weekends
Excellent Interpersonal Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TESTING ADMIN:
Understands and complies with all testing procedures
Maintains a secure testing environment
Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment
Creating Reports on a daily basis
Update and Maintain Company Database
Other duties as assigned
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SOURCING ASSOCIATE:
Ensures all applications from different sourcing channels are pre-screened and scheduled for interview an assessment
Responsible for meeting the required number of applicants on a daily basis
Plans and implements sourcing initiatives
Can work Offsite and assist recruiters during job fairs and caravans, etc.
Ensures that all job vacancies are advertised in respective sourcing channels
Coordinate with third party recruitment vendors
Can do data mining and reporting
Other duties as assigned
