SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for performing sourcing, screening and placement activities necessary to fulfill the talent requirements of their assigned group on a project based capacity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Conducts necessary sourcing activities (internal/external job posting, partners with 3rd party head hunters/search firms, active sourcing thru online search engines/professional networks, university networking, etc...)
Reviews candidate profiles and performs screening activities (initial/validation interviews, administers necessary trade tests, etc...)
Sets interview schedules between applicants and hiring parties
Consolidates documentation of the screening activities and obtains the hiring decision from the hiring manager
Processes the application of "final pick" candidates for job offer
Endorsement of candidates for background check with 3rd party accredited service provider
Collection and monitoring of JO documents
Setting job offer appointment
Collection and monitoring of pre-employment documents and medical requirements
Endorsement of hiring and pre-employment requirements to HRSS for 201 records keeping
Maintains the hiring tracker for assigned positions for hiring
Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time that support Company and Team objectives
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Graduate of any 4-years bachelor's degree course
3-5 years professional experience in talent acquisition/recruitment in a BPO/shared services environment
Good command of written and spoken English
Savvy in using MS Office Word and Excel
Customer focused and works effectively with others in getting things done
Well-organized and committed to meeting tight deadlines
Ability to work under pressure/challenging working environment
Willing to be based in Laguna
Open to shifting work schedule
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Professional experience in a career placement agency
Affiliation with professional industry groups/network
