We are in urgent need of a Recruitment Associate whose passion is in hiring the best people for our valued clients. This person will be screening roles ranging from Virtual Assistants, Customer Service Representatives to specialized and managerial roles. We need someone zealous enough to take new challenges and turn ideas into successful implementation and results. This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off!
 
Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements for each new position as requested by our clients
Liaise with clients regarding their hiring
Screen resumes filtering those that match the client’s requirements
Schedule initial interviews and screening examinations
Conduct initial interviews with suitable candidates
Maintain recruitment databases and trackers
Set up interview appointment for those candidates that meet the job requirements for the clients to conduct the final interview
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Project Managers for account-specific interviews and exams
Draft hiring documents such as Offer Letters, Training Agreements, and Job Descriptions
Other recruitment-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Psychology or HRDM graduate
Must have at least one year of HR screening & recruitment experience in a BPO setting
Has a high-level understanding of HR Recruitment systems and procedures
Ability to build client and applicant relationships
Experience dealing with foreign clients preferred but not essential
Exceptional English communication skills both written and oral
Strong attention to details
Applicants must be willing to work office-based in Dumaguete City, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (Sat-Sun rest days)
