Responsibilities . Utilize a multi-channel recruiting tool to source, screen and present potential candidates. . Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential opportunities to develop new sources/channels. . Consult with HR Team to thoroughly understand vacancy requirements. . Coordinate all interviews with key stakeholders. . Fill positions in a timely manner. . Conduct telephone interviews using agreed processes and procedures. . Assist in performing reference and background checks on potential employees . Facilitate process improvement and data reporting. . Ensure quality and timely reporting of candidate data. . Liaise with HR Team in Australia. . Apply expertise and knowledge to build a defined candidate profile necessary to drive an effective sourcing program . Comply to Stellar's prescribed recruitment procedures, including observing guidelines regarding the use of the PageUp eRecruitment system . Meet required performance expectations and adhere to Stellar's quality standards . Provide second level support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Associates . Perform other tasks as required by Team Leader. Competencies NB: The required level of each competency is determined by the responsibilities of the role. Education and Experience . Must have a baccalaureate or associate degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or . Must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience working in a call centre or BPO environment and . Must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience working as a recruitment associate in a call centre or BPO environment *** Preferably with relevant experience in hiring BPO/call centre agent level roles in volume hiring*** Knowledge and Skills . Must be able to follow the prescribed process of recruiting and screening applicants . Must demonstrate strong oral and written English communication skills . Must have strong interview skills and the ability to clearly communicate results, feedback, and expectations . Must have strong PC skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace. Exposure to eRecruitment/Applicant Tracking Systems is a distinct advantage . Knowledge of the Page Up recruitment tool would be advantageous . Must demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills . Must have excellent organizational skills . Must have good presentation skills
