Description
- Advertise Job vacancies in various job portals & social media
- Source and reach out to potential/qualified candidates to fill manpower based on MRFs
- Screen applicant resumes and arrange appointments with shortlisted candidates
- Conduct initial interview for qualified candidates and follow through phone call for the unresponsive candidates
- Endorse qualified applicants to respective departments and coordinates interview schedules with the clients
- Issue the list of requirements and refer the successful candidate to pre-employment medical exams
- Monitor the completion of pre-employment requirements and maintain 201 files for the employees
- Update the status of all candidate application thru manpower request and candidate tracker database
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
