-Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related courses.
-With knowledge in the cycle of recruitment
-Good in oral and written communication
-With experience in recruitment is an advantage
Job Specification:
-Will handle all manpower requirements for all indirect positions.
-Will monitor the performance of the manpower cooperatives
-Will coordinate with all manpower cooperatives with regard to manpower request and deployment
-Will process all documentation in recruitment
-Will perform and adhoc activities assigned by his/her superior.
