-Preferably graduate of BS Psychology
-With at least two (2) year experience in an end-to-end recruitment process
-preparing job advertisement, sourcing and screening of resumes
-conducting applicant interviews from rank and file to supervisory level
-test administration, interpretation and candidate profiling
-checking and verification of submitted pre-employment requirement
-building 201 files and uploading of correct/complete personal information in HR system
-conducting company Orientation
-can do mass recruitment and offsite recruitment
-Must be systematic, analytical and able to manage work efficiently
-Willing to work in LISP 3 in a Monday to Saturday work schedule
