The Role
The goal of the recruitment evaluator is to be in charge of overseeing the completion of the company's objective qualification of candidates that are interested in becoming Wing assistants. They will primarily evaluate the assessments that are completed by candidates and continually improve the effectiveness of our assessment process. The recruitment evaluator will focus on examining candidate quality by using the individual results from the candidate assessments as the mechanism for decision making.
Responsibilities
Administers high-volume candidate assessments to vet qualifications, competencies & evaluates individual candidate results to determine their candidacy
Conducts full-cycle evaluations that are accurate and impartial on candidates' results to ensure compliance with the quality standards
Creates reports on overall assessment completion, trends, and performance to continually make improvements to our vetting process
Works with the operations team (training, quality, and retention teams) to identify opportunities for additional assessments
Ensures that all internal candidates are fairly evaluated, given full consideration and provided with feedback based on their assessments
Education Bachelor's degree in any of the following
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar
Experience
6-10 years of experience in any of the following areas:
Administering high-volume candidate assessments to vet qualifications/candidacy (required)
Evaluating candidates based on the results of assessments (required)
Must have experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS) (plus)
Full cycle recruitment and sourcing knowledge (plus)
Has used data to validate the success of hiring efforts (required)
Must have experience working with online meeting platform skills (Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype) (required)
Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail (required)
Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English (required)
A tech-Savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to extrapolate big goals into specific actionable plans (required)
Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment (required) Interested in tech, analytical work, startup companies, and working with people to build things (required)
Experience with any of the following software: Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite (preferred)
