Description
As the Recruitment & Client Engagement Officer your main responsibilities will be to achieve staffing objectives by following the MVP recruitment process.
As the Recruitment & Client Engagement Officer you are responsible for managing client relationships and collaborating with the upper management to identifying recruitment needs. You will build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of our clients' recruitment needs and requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Serves as liaison between the company and its clients to ensure client satisfaction.
• Interacts with existing clients and internal contacts as scheduled.
• Manages client relationships, develop account plans and deliver proposals.
• Organizes meeting with clients to discuss recruitment needs.
• Obtain and revise account information and complete activities as required.
• Executes and performs activities on new client implementations.
• Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments.
• Guide the recruitment team to utilize thought leadership to deliver clients' business goals.
• Organizes client interviews with applicants.
• Leads the recruitment team to meet clients' requirements on their needed position.
• Collaborates with Upper Management to identify future hiring needs.
• Directly reports to CEO and HR Director based in Australia.
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess a College Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Proven work experience for at least 5 years as a Recruitment and Client Engagement Officer.
• Experience in Client Engagement is a must.
• Background on using Applicant Tracking System preferably JobAdder.
• Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
