Join us as a: Recruitment Analyst
In this role you'll get to:
Collect and analyze Recruitment and Sourcing data.
Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Utilize various metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Come up with recruitment process improvement strategies reducing time-to-hire and enhancing the candidate experience.
Generate and analyze reports on candidate pipelines, time-to-fill and other relevant reports.
Do research on current industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks and suggest in coming up with competitive recruitment strategies.
What you'll need to succeed:
At least 8 years of experience in data analysis
Some years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Experience in HR Data Analysis/ Data Analysis
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR Software
