RECRUITMENT ANALYST
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Sourcing/Recruitment
Excellent in verbal and written communications skills
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other recruitment experts and manage stakeholders
Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends and provide information to the recruitment team
Communicate with vendors; participate in negotiations and prepare decisions
Act as an ambassador for the company in the marketplace
Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential opportunities to develop new sources/channels
Responsible for generating a consistent flow of resumes to the recruitment team to execute sourcing plan and meet recruitment targets
Pre-screen applications and conducts initial selection
Schedule candidates for assessments and interviews
Ensure that complete candidate information is forwarded to the Recruitment Team
Organize and participate in recruitment events
Update Sourcing systems and tools
Participate in strategic projects and/or initiatives within Sourcing to gain a better understanding of resource planning process and recruiting demand, marketing messages and provide input where applicable
Report on status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing channels
