At least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources end to end recruitment process.
Preferably with at least 6 months of sales experience is highly advantage.
At least Basic Level proficiency in MS Office.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Can collect and analyze data-based measurements to evaluate effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a challenging environment.
Proven ability to work under pressure.
With assertive, proactive and positive attitude.
Problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
Preferably with experience in using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
