About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to be assigned to our client, a rapidly growing business, providing recruitment solution in Australia. You will provide a wide range of administrative support to recruitment consultants and sales team to ensure that the business meets the high level of quality, service and compliance standards when sourcing high quality candidates for their clients.
Responsibilities
Ensure all compliance measures are maintained and the clients are kept up to date;
Drafting and posting job ads, culling the most suitable candidates, screening the candidates for suitability and scheduling interviews;
Assist by ensuring the caliber of candidates meeting the company's quality standards and those expected of the client;
Review unsatisfactory placements each month for continuous improvement purposes;
Ensure onboarding placements are compliant with the requirements and have all relevant paperwork e.g. licences, tickets, payroll details;
Accurately record candidate information into the database meeting quality and audit requirements;
Assist with general payroll enquiries, answer candidate enquiries and perform other duties that may be requested by the Business Manager; and
Attend and participate in meetings, training and events as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in recruitment;
High level of interpersonal skills;
Excellent verbal and written English to confidently communicate with clients and candidates;
Effective time management skills, innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to find solutions when under pressure;
High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and recruitment database.
Ability to meet deadlines and targets;
Ability to work independently and also in a team;
Perfectionist with high attention to detail;
Ability to do research and analytical skills;
