MultiplyMii, a managed recruitment services company (the new aged BPO) is growing FAST and we are currently looking for a
Recruitment Administrator
who desires to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and appreciates its team members.
The
Recruitment Administrator
will report directly to the Recruitment Manager, and responsible for providing support to the recruitment team by managing administrative tasks associated with the company's hiring process.

This role is 100% remote work.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

-Manage and update the active pool of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System.
-Contact and schedule candidates in the active pool for assessing and processing.
-Communicate requirements and duties with potential candidates.
-Perform background checks for potential qualified candidates.
-Assist recruitment team in creating, uploading and refreshing of Job Ads on recruitment platforms.
-Responsible for answering recruitment and selection inquiries or questions of potential candidates in the company's social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
-Involved in the company's Employer Branding initiatives.
-Perform related functions assigned from time to time.
Requirements

-At least 2 years experience as a Recruitment Administrator or similar.
-Experience working for a Startup company and remote work is a major plus.
-Experience in conducting background checks.
-Exposure to Employer Branding is an advantage.
-Familiarity with Stripo, Calendly, Canva or other similar tools is preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
-Ability to work autonomously and support virtual and remote stakeholders
-Knowledge of HR systems and databases, familiarity with Crelate recruitment software is an advantage.
-This is a remote position.
