Job Description
● Talent pool revisit- the leads are coming from the client
● Summary of candidate skills and experience
● High volume of calls- regeneration of leads
● Database clean-up
● Search and source for new candidates
● KPI based on call target
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
Bachelor's degree /non-degree holder
Familiar handling online job hunting websites
Strong verbal and oral communication skills - an experience as a CSR or in the BPO industry is a plus.
Handled high volume of calls to regenerate leads
Experience in sourcing
Must be amenable to work onsite/ hybrid - Alabang
Amenable to shifting schedule
