This role acts as a full-cycle Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Manager who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. The Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for owning stakeholder relationships and strategically partnering with the client to drive hiring and lead adoption of best practices.
What You'll Do:
Assist Recruiting Director in managing Talent Acquisition operations.
Helping set priorities; driving recruiting strategy; streamlining process, training and mentoring Talent Specialists, etc.
Facilitates the opening of requisitions and job postings (internal and external).
Have comfort with data and presenting progress reporting and trends
Provides guidance to team leaders and employees related to employment procedures, policies and other tools to maximize hiring effectiveness.
Execute full-cycle recruiting and pipelining plans
Reviews applications/resumes for referral to appropriate hiring managers.
Build recruiting strategies and drive execution to ensure goals are met
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent
Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
Assist Recruiting Director in managing Talent Acquisition operations.
Negotiate placement contracts with clients
Train new recruiters
What You'll Need:

Minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates, managing recruiting teams and more.
Strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Savvy with the latest tech and tools
Hours of operations:
Must be available during normal USA Eastern Standard Business Hours
Mon-Thursday 9am - 6pm & Fridays 9am-1pm EST
