Market Job Description Use of this job is restricted to HR only. Directly manages a recruiting team responsible for recruiting activities within an assigned area. Consults with middle and senior level management on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develops the recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet those needs. Develops effective working relationships with business management and internal partners. Exercises usual authority of a manager, including selection and development of staff. Ensures that the team complies with policy and regulatory requirements. Market Skills and Certifications Role is of AVP level in the Talent Acquisition function. Role will be a vertical leader TA for a LOB and would have teams and business across India and Philippines. Role will report into TA country leader at Manila.
