The Recruiter Assistant is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates. Responsible for the full cycle of the recruiting process; entails sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling the interviews and providing quick and great customer service.
Following up on applicants immediately when they apply on Indeed, reaching out to them, scheduling interviews, looking at resumes and filtering through quality candidates. This person will also work with LinkedIn to connect with nurses and try to recruit thru social media.
Essential Job Functions
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates via Indeed
Builds candidate sources by researching and contacting colleges, media and other internet sites
Determine candidate requirements by studying provided job descriptions and qualifications
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings.
Verify certifications and licenses where applicable
Schedules interviews for the managers and follows up with applicants in requesting and overseeing reference checks

Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of internet sites and applicant tracking systems
Working knowledge of applicant screening methods
Special Requirements
The ideal candidate must be very skilled with calendars, scheduling interviews, customer service - reaching out to potential candidates, also know Indeed well and has extensive experience in sourcing quality candidates.
Healthcare experience
Knowledge with CPT codes
Familiar with Google spreadsheets
Knows how to follow instructions
Good attendance record
