Responsibilities:
Daily communications and activities with clients (typically aligned with Program Professional)
Proactively communicating with client contact regarding job orders, submittals, rejections, interviews, offers and candidate updates on onboarding process.
Responsible in attending supplier calls.
Raise challenges/struggles with the client - Escalates the following items to leads: no response to submittals, pay rates challenge, issues regarding reputation of company placement.
Work with Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment strategies and to overcome challenges in finding talent.
Accountable to lead and for the projects allocated and outcomes.
Collections Associate:
With 1 year of working experience with outbound collections
Expertise in negotiation and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in Healthcare Accounts and/or Billing Accounts is a plus
