JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Perform other duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
At least with 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Must have strong attention to details and results-oriented
Strategic, flexible and can work with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office working tools
Can work under pressure
Willing to work at Cainta Rizal
