Job Description and Responsibilities:
Handles end to end recruitment
Sourcing and profiling candidates
Communicate effectively with hiring managers and clients
Maintain trackers and update internal applicant tracking system (training to be provided)
Achieve monthly targets on endorsements/interviews/hires
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
3 month and up BPO recruiting experience
Excellent sourcing and profiling skills
Resourceful
Team player
Goal oriented
Willing to start ASAP
Other Details:
HMO coverage upon regularization
Possible commissions based on performance
Temporary work from home but open to work onsite if once physical office is available (within Cebu City)
