PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Primary function of Human Resources Executive will be to manage all the recruitment related activities- Demand fulfillment, sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiations. Offer management, stakeholder management, candidate experience. (US Healthcare domain)
Division: RECRUITER
Experience Level- 2-5 Years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Experience in both Niche & volume-based hiring.
· Understanding of the entire recruitment cycle
· Responsible & accountable for overall fulfillment of demands
· Coordinating with business & all related teams to coordinate recruitment related activities.
· Experience on any of the ATS tools is desirable.
· Experience in hiring healthcare related skills will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication skills & ability to manage stakeholders.
· Expert in hiring through social media/ Passive sourcing.
· Flexible to work for extended hours/ weekend working whenever required.
· Should be able to work under pressure & under targets.
· Should have good grip on the market & latest trends in healthcare hiring
