Dynamics of the Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead APAC, you will provide professional and proactive support on all HR initiatives and activities surrounding talent acquisition for the Asia Pacific Region.
What You'll Bring:
What You'll Bring
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines
A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience from in-house/agencies. Experience in recruiting IT positions highly preferred
Solid experience in negotiating with recruitment agencies, with professional network in the FinTech/ IT/ Finance & Banking Industry
Familiar with ATS (e.g. Workday Recruiting)
Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Strong command of written and spoken English
Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detailed orientated with a can-do attitude
Flexible and able to work multi-tasks
Immediately available would be highly preferred

How You'll Contribute
Manage full life-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, offers negotiation and facilitating the hiring
Participate in regional and corporate projects on all talent acquisition/recruitment related matters
HRIS & record keeping - maintenance of the HRIS and other records to ensure employee records are up to date. Working with systems support on issues with the information system
Provide HR/TA reports and analysis on a regular basis
Perform other related duties as assigned
