MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for an HR/Recruiter who will be working for our client who is based in Australia. Our client is a leading provider of turnkey construction, maintenance and industrial services. The client specialize in the delivery of mechanical services, surface protection, insulation & cladding, access solutions, passive fire protection, marine structures remediation and asbestos management. They also manage civil and electrical services through established relationships with specialist partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with applicants and clients
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Serves as liaison between the company and its clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Interacts with existing clients and internal contacts as scheduled.
• Organizes meeting with clients to discuss recruitment needs.
To be successful, you should be:
• A degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the Recruitment field is required for this position.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering roles
• Preferably has experience recruiting in Australia
• Candidate sourcing and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
