Job Description
Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization's maintenance goals and monitoring PM compliance.
Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance.
Provide support and advice during staff recruitment and ensure the proper onboarding and training process.
Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
With 6 yrs. on hand experience in Pasteurizing and recombining processes, including knowledge of equipment used, such as heat exchangers, homogenizers and packaging machinery.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of Pasteurizer and Recombining equipment's, including preventive maintenance practices.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to manage a team.
Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, an pneumatic systems used in Pasteurizer and recombining processes.
