The receptionist greets, welcomes the guests, receives and responds to guests reservations and inquiries.
Qualifications:
Female
College graduate
With 1-2 years work experience
Preferably has a background in customer service and or sales
Good telephone handling skills
Duties:
Has computer skills on word, excel, internet & typing skills
Pay attention to details and complete tasks on time
Distribute information to the concerned personnel efficiently and effectively
Has excellent customer service skills
Receive guests, answer inquiries and provide support to sales
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic pay commensurate to experience
Complete mandatory government remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
Duty meal
