Job Description As a Receptionist/Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, managing financial transactions, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist customers as they enter our establishment.
Handle cash and electronic transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
Assist with appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operation
Job Qualifications Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist or cashier role is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, and point-of-sale systems).
A friendly and welcoming demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
