Responsibilities:
-Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information or taking messages
-Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
-Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in and out of the premises.
-Collect, sort, distribute mail, or courier deliveries
-Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 4-year course.
-Computer literate.
-Presentable and must have a pleasing personality.
-With good oral and written communication skills.
-Has good interpersonal skills.
-Proactive
