Receptionist - receiving/releasingStanford Laboratory

Evaluates and assess patient’s health care needs based on patient’s signs and symptoms utilizing triage protocols and guidelines.
Coordinate and schedule same-day and walk-in appointments.
Monitor patient flow in the clinic; ensure that patients receive all recommended services in a timely manner.
A report must be produced and sent daily team lead by Client referred patients who have not shown on their scheduled appointments.
Receives patient data and logs to the database
Provide the patient with the procedure details related to the examination requested by the patient.
Provide patient knowledge about Stanford laboratory prices and services
Prepares associated reports as required
In-charge of sending medical results to the client in a timely manner
Provide information to clients with the partial medical results of their employees.
In-charge of releasing medical results to walk-in patients.
Maintains confidentiality of patients’ medical results
